1. What check services do I need?
Depending on the type of business, volume, how many check out stands, retail, B2B, B2C, delivery, AR, or point of sale transactions will determine which type of transactions will serve your business best. You can click "Apply-> Check Processing from the navigation menu and a specialist will contact you within 24 hours or less except on weekends.

2. What ACH services can I use?
We only offer recurring transactions under the PPD transaction code and telephone initiated entries under the TEL transaction code. Recurring transactions require that your customer complete an EFT authorization form that must remain on file for 2 years after the last transaction. For TEL transactions you must use a third party verification service or have an ongoing relationship with your customer such as utilities or similar business. No telemarketing businesses are allowed.

3. How do I get a free terminal?
The minimum amount of processing per month to get a free terminal is $7,000.00. If you are not or do not expect to process at least that much we can provide a terminal to you at a very low cost

4. Why is check guarantee not a good deal?
Check guarantee is a great deal for us but not for merchants. Check guaranteee is like buying insurance. Insurance companies make money by collecting more in premiums that is has to pay in clsims. Check guarantee works the same way. If an insurance company needs to raise rates to cover claims, so does the guarantee company. That is the only way either can remain profitable.

5. What kind of terminals do we support?
Virtually every terminal made today will work with our back end processor. While we don't carry every terminal in house, we do keep the best ones in stock. Some of them are just not worth the investment in inventory because of the small segment of protentil users in the US.

7. What if I want to cancel?
There is an early termination fee of $250.00 to cancel your credit card processing within the first year but none with any of our check or ACH services.
