We understand the need for businesses to obtain merchant services and terminals quickly. That is why we stock all of the terminals we sell and support. We also provide a free overnight replacement of any credit card machine that may fail if we provided that terminal to you. This is for as long as your processing remains with us. If you terminate your agreement within one year of receiving a replacement or a Free terminal, you will be charged the retail price of the credit card machine. The only reason that you would be charged for a replacement credit card machine is if was found to be damaged by moisture, power surges or abuse. In that case you would be charged for the replacement of the credit card machine.

We are the only company that provides check and ACH services in house, keeps the credit card machines and check readers in stock and will give free terminals or replacements. We also do not jack up the processing fees to cover the free or replacement credit card machines or check readers. We do this because it is a rare occasion when one has to be replaced. Our refurbished equipment goes through strict QC to make sure there is nothing that may fail within our standard one year warranty. We have refurbished equipment that has been out for years!
